Most Flow State items are made to order, which means each product is created after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review all product details, size guides, color options, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
4. A photo of the packaging, if applicable
If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement item or another solution depending on the situation.
Wrong size ordered
Because items are made to order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size is selected at checkout.
Please check the size guide before purchasing. If you are unsure, compare the measurements to an item you already own and like.
Order changes or cancellations
Production may begin shortly after your order is placed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information for the latest updates. If the package appears lost, contact the shipping carrier first.
You may also contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to help you look into the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or when another issue is approved by Jessbkuz Designs.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error with the order.
